Award acknowledges Walden’s passion for playgrounds

MINNEAPOLIS – February 6, 2007 – Leigh Walden of Lone Star Recreation, Inc. in Houston, Texas, was recently recognized as 2006 LSI/Skatewave Sales Associate of the Year by Landscape Structures Inc., a leading manufacturer of commercial playground equipment and Skatewave® modular skatepark equipment. The award was presented to Walden during Landscape Structures’ annual sales meeting in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Walden was honored for displaying passion in all areas of her job, including day-to-day activities; exceeding her 2006 sales goal by nearly 40 percent; and creating local partnerships with PTA groups, parks and recreation departments and more. In just her second year with Lone Star Recreation, and her first sales position, Walden embraced each opportunity—a special event, rushing an order, delivering cookies—to make her customers’ experiences premier and memorable.
